explain how to use the Formal Cell box and to apply AutoFormat to an Excel worksheet.

 

 

Format Cell box

The Format Cell box enables you to set the number, alignment, font, border, patterns and protection of a cell or cluster of cells.

To open and use the Format Cell box:

  1. Click on Format on the menu bar.
  2. Click on Cells and the Format Cell box will appear on the screen:
